Winner of open international competition for grants NUST “MISiS”. The competition is created to support invitation PhD students and young scientists with international experience for collaborative research in the field of scientific direction in the 2015-2016  biennium to realize the Programm of  increasing the competitiveness of NUST “MISiS” among the world’s leading research and education centers.

Major Scientific Advances:

  • The toroid dipole moment in the dielectric metamaterials is demonstrated;
  • The effect similar to the effect of electromagnetically inducing transparency is predicted;
  • Experimental and theoretical research of electromagnetic waves of the terahertz range in polariton metamaterials at permittivity near zero.
